the first picture is of Katy the drummer from a french band call LizZard based around the Dordogne area in france , quite and shy away from the drums then turns into a demented animal (from the muppets) once she behind them taken at 1/8 sec F4.5 400 asa with the flash set to back flash and used the lights in the studio as the main source..the second is the wife of a drummer from the all-stars band based around the Bedford area , taken 200 asa 1/60 sec F3.5 used the bay window behind for natural light ..

Day 2..photographs from the dancers i’m photographing in the uk for they dance project and flash dance this is from day 2 of rehearsals ,(7 days of rehearsal to go and another 8 dancers) the other dancers all have various styles so should be interesting , it’s also challenging in the fact i have to take all the pictures as they rehearse and no set up pics or flash ,

do you ever get one of those days ,when you brain no matter how hard you try ,just keeps coming up with funny / odd ideas , and you have to do at least one of them to keep it happy, well to-day i had one .. and this is my brain idea of a funny picture .. so any comments please address to legge brain :-)………….

this is an old picture I re-found (crap filing system) took it on my Nikon f3 and if I remember right my 35mm F2, was a very lucky picture to get, I just happen to walk by a gap in a parking garage and saw he practising on his toy saxophone for a video shoot going on further up,by the next frame he has seen me …

was ask yesterday which was my favourite black and white picture ,well i have about 6 and this is one of them ,spend ages trying to get the dog just to sit there as the guy played the harmonica , and this is the result it was the last frame of the last film in the camera , and the look on the dog’s face say it all, (one more pic and i bite ) taken on my nikon F3 with the prism head off to get a lower angle on a 35mm lens, ilford HP5 400asa
