man ray is one of my favourite photographers I just like the way he worked and his sense of humour , this is I suppose one of his most famous pics the Le Violon d’Ingres (Ingres’s Violin) Man Ray was an admirer of the paintings of Jean-Auguste-Dominique Ingres and made a series of photographs, inspired by Ingres’s languorous nudes, of the model Kiki in a turban, so this is my tribute to man ray one of hero’s.did one black-white and one with a hint of colour as did man ray ,but he did a range of colours  The landscape one is me having a bit of fun in photo-shop .the F holes were added via photo shop as I can’t draw at all , lighting was from the window behind me at 50 sec F-10 400 asa ..

well the web site is up and running , the photographic exhibit is taking place in milton keynes in the uk , it has a download page where you can download the exhibit book in pdf form ,a poster and a live tv channel for people to watch the preview night on if they can’t make it ..

no sure what the flower is , the picture is of the flower head and part of the leaf , put one image in nik software to get the black and white effect then dup the first image and copied and then paste in on to the b/w one and adjusted the colour till I liked it then flatten the image …….taken on a 60 mm macro lens  200 asa

one of the old wooded side doors of where my work-space is at the farm , the back-end of the building is mentioned in the dooms day book and like all old building i have a slope in my room to one corner ,which is great if you drop anything , used nik software HDR pro on the picture , and for all the old hippies that may look at this ,yip its a poster of fritz the cat which i put there …
